Terms of service

Effective 16 September 2026

Not yet final. Company registration is in progress. The registered name, address and contact details on this page are placeholders and will be completed before the service accepts payment.

These terms govern your use of Nyansapo Teachers (“the Service”), operated by PENDING REGISTRATION of Ashanti Region, Ghana. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1.What the Service does

The Service generates two documents for a chosen subject, year and teaching week: a lesson plan laid out in the format the Ghana Education Service expects for vetting, and matching student notes. Both are delivered as editable Microsoft Word files.

Documents are produced automatically from the publicly published NaCCA senior high school curriculum and the teaching materials published on Ghana’s curriculum resources portal.

2.Independence from the Ghana Education Service

Nyansapo Teachers is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or connected to the Ghana Education Service, NaCCA, the National Teaching Council, Playlab, or any government body or agency.

References to the GES format describe the layout of the documents produced. They do not imply that any authority has reviewed, approved or accredited the Service or its output.

3.Your responsibility for the documents

You must read and check every document before submitting it. Documents are generated by an automated system. They may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not suit your class, your school, or the expectations of the person vetting your work.

The documents are a starting point prepared for you to review, correct and adapt. Submitting a document you have not read is your decision and your responsibility. The Service does not warrant that any document will be accepted by a headteacher, a SISO, an inspector, or any other party.

4.Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. One account is for one person’s use. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

5.Credits and payment

The Service is paid for with credits. One credit produces one week’s documents. Credits are purchased in advance, do not expire, and carry no cash value except as described in our refund policy.

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your card or mobile money details. Prices are shown in Ghana cedis and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute or republish generated documents as a commercial product, or present the Service as your own;
  • access the Service by automated means, or attempt to generate documents without spending the credits they cost;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems behind them;
  • use the Service unlawfully, or to produce unlawful material.

Using a generated document in your own teaching, sharing it with colleagues at your school, or giving the notes to your learners is expressly permitted. That is what it is for.

7.Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third parties, including the provider of the generation system and our hosting provider, and may be unavailable during maintenance or because of failures outside our control.

Where a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. That is the remedy for an individual failed generation.

8.Intellectual property

Documents generated for you are yours to use, edit, print and share in the course of your teaching. We claim no ownership over them.

Curriculum content reproduced within them originates from publicly published NaCCA and Ghana Education Service documents and remains the property of its respective owners. The Service itself, its interface and its underlying software remain ours.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of Ghana, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from a document being rejected, from an error in a document you did not check, or from the Service being unavailable when you needed it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10.Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in our privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches clause 6. Where we do so without cause, we will refund unused credits.

11.Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes will be notified by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
